Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Yes! We love collaborating. Whether it’s a custom pet portrait (Your Pet Here collection) or a special request, email us at [your email] and we’ll bring your idea to life.

Q: Can I request a review or testimonial feature?
A: Absolutely. We love seeing LoLu in your homes. Email us your review and photos—your walls might just end up featured in our gallery.


📦 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship to 30+ countries thanks to our global print partners. For eligible destinations, see our International Shipping.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Most orders are printed and shipped within 3–7 business days. Delivery time varies by country. (Pro tip: Limited Editions may take a little longer—worth the wait.)

Q: What about customs or import fees?
A: Import duties, taxes, and local delivery fees aren’t included in our prices. These are the responsibility of the customer.


🎨 Prints & Products

Q: What makes your art prints “giclée”?
A: All prints are made using archival-quality paper and pigment-based inks—ensuring museum-grade longevity (a.k.a. your art won’t fade before you do).

Q: Are Limited Editions restocked once sold out?
A: Nope. Once a Limited Edition is gone, it’s gone for good. Collect now, share often.

Q: Can I frame my own print?
A: Yes! We offer framed options, but all unframed prints fit standard frames so you can style them however you like.


🎁 Gifting & Collecting

Q: Can I send my order as a gift?
A: Definitely. Just add the recipient’s shipping details at checkout. LoLu makes memorable, artful gifts (and no pricing slips are included).

Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Coming soon! Perfect for when you want them to choose their own star sign or statement wall piece.


🔄 Returns & Issues

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: Oh no—send us photos within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Because each piece is produced on at the time of purchase, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
